Transport Data Management Ltd - Voice Transfer Systems
For optimum safety of staff at ticket offices and other customer facing positions, a security glass partition is required which should extend as closely as possible to the countertop. This raises the problem of audibility, particularly in noisy environments.
A microphone and loudspeaker are required at each side of the glass partition, arranged so as to minimise acoustic feedback. An Audio Frequency Induction Loop must also be provided on the customer side for the benefit of hearing-impaired customers. The convenient way to arrange this is by use of a TALK-2 Voice Transfer system at each window.
TDM represents Voice Perfect for its TALK-2 systems. There are currently in excess of 500 TALK-2 systems installed in the UK.
The TALK-2 Voice Transfer system has a variety of options for the placement of the customer-side speaker and microphone ensuring maximum audio clarity for both the customer and the operative staff. This flexibility ensures that solutions can be found to most previously-installed windows and for any new or replacement installations.
The use of an Audio Frequency Induction Loop for customers with a hearing impairment guarantees the inclusion of all customers requiring access to your business.
