Quality of Service

TDM is committed to attaining the highest standards of quality in delivering our products, installations and services. We set out to understand our customers’ quality objectives and by ensuring our own quality standards we aim to achieve complete customer satisfaction on a right-first-time basis.

We recognise the need for and will be proactive in:

  • Involving all of our colleagues in our quality processes, promoting a customer-centric culture. We will do this by leadership and communication with empowerment in quality matters and appropriate training
  • Developing our management systems and the skills of our personnel to ensure competence in all technical and commercial activities in which we are involved
  • Working with our suppliers to develop relationships which enable them to understand our quality objectives and thus meet our expectations with their goods and services

We intend to work towards achieving continuous improvement in Operational and Management procedures by understanding and emulating best practice.

Health & Safety

TDM is committed to maintaining a Health and Safety Management System to manage risks and to actively promote an open attitude to Health and Safety issues, encouraging staff to identify and report hazards so that we can all contribute to creating and maintaining a safe working environment. We provide adequate training for our staff to enable them to work safely and effectively, and to ensure they are competent and confident in the work they carry out. We provide sufficient resources to meet the requirements of current Health and Safety legislation. We aim to achieve the standards of 'Good Practice' applicable to our activities, and communicate and consult with our staff on all issues affecting their health and safety and, in doing so, bring this policy to their attention.

Community

TDM recognises the importance of taking responsibility for the part we can play in our local area. As a well established business TDM is keen to play a role in the progress of business and commerce in the Crawley area and supports the development of our immediate area - Manor Royal (www.manorroyal.org ) - as well as being active in ensuring that TDM’s participation in the wider community is of a positive nature. TDM will always endeavour to make a valuable contribution to our community and environment wherever possible.
