Trans Data Management is Link-up approved. Link-up is the UK rail industry supplier qualification scheme, providing a single common registration, qualification and audit process for suppliers that is shared by the UK rail industry.

Trans Data Management Limited has been awarded BS EN ISO 9001:2008 accreditation. TDM has been independently audited and accepted for the design, supply, installation and maintenance of our voice and data communication systems.

Trans Data Management has received product approval from Network Rail for the NIS-3 Passenger Communication System, multiple Help Points, including VoIP, GSM, Interactive and WebCIS, as well as the Solar Panel that we offer as an alternative power solution for the Help Points. These products have been accepted for use on railway infrastructure for which Network Rail is the Duty Holder.

Trans Data Management is CHAS Accredited. CHAS is the market leader for health and safety pre-qualification in the UK. A non-commercial scheme that allows buyers to source companies that have been audited for a high standard of health and safety.
