Integrated Site Management Solutions - A Bespoke Data Integration System

When you have multiple systems distributed across geographically dispersed sites, TDM delivers a solution to one or many consoles in your command and control location. Your staff have effective and efficient access to all your help, access and security systems. Integration can be partial or total, and include your existing legacy systems. TDM will design and implement your data integration system as a total solution including:

Using Ascom’s NIS-3 solution, wherever your resources are located and however they are connected, your operator has access to them through a single terminal. The Ascom NIS-3 is a third generation IP-based solution for operational communications and security, providing the ideal system integration platform for public transport operators.
 
Public transport operators need to provide information directly to their customers in locations away from staff information centres. TDM meets this need with Ascom’s interactive or standard Help Points. Equipped with VoIP functionality, or a range of other telephony connections, customers are able to speak directly with the operator’s staff.
The Interactive Help Points add computing power to enable the delivery of additional services such as journey plans, arrival and departure information, and tourist information.
All Ascom’s Help Points provide hands-free operation through a built-in loudspeaker and microphone. Help Points are also equipped with an Audio Frequency Induction Loop system for hearing-impaired customers.
Being highly vandal resistant, Ascom’s Help Points are the ideal way of providing information to customers in remote and unstaffed locations.
 
Voice-Transfer Solutions
When you have staff working behind glass security screens, their ability to communicate easily  with customers will have a profound effect on their effectiveness and your service delivery. The microphone and loudspeaker equipment is one aspect of a successful customer-facing position. Their positioning, particularly in situations of high ambient noise, is a crucial part of each installation.
TALK-2 by Voice Perfect has the flexibility to perform effectively with existing windows, as well as all new installations. Positioning options guarantee the most effective set up at each window. With the addition of an Audio Frequency Induction Loop System, maximum clarity is ensured for both customers and staff, even in traditionally noisy and difficult situations.
